Fall Hairstyles 2008

Flower Photo Courtesy of Flowerclip.com

It's a great time to be getting married! Of course, any time of the year is a wonderful time to plan a wedding, but from a beauty and fashion perspective Fall and Winter offer some beautiful and creative options for the bride who likes to experiment. For the Fall and Winter 2008- 2009 season, hairstyles are loose and textured. They have the feel of an undone sweep. Twists and braids are big this season, and many brides are opting for a half up half down style.

Hair accessories are a great addition to any up or down style. Flowering clips, pins, and sprays are a great option for Fall. So, if your confused about what to put in your hair for your wedding, try a small clip or pin and see for yourself how it makes you look and feel more natural for your special day!

Wedding Hair Accessories

For all you beautiful brides out there that are confused about what you should wear in your hair, I have the solution! We all know those big tiara's are out and simple is in. Why not try wearing a flower from your bouquet, or a beaded clip that matches the beading or detail in your dress. If you opt for a flower from your bouquet, many florists will attach a clip or comb so it can be easily placed in your hair.

If you are the more elegant type you may want to add sparkle. You may want to choose a clip that accentuates the detail in your dress. Some of these clips are absolutely stunning, they add drama and completely transform your style to a whole new look.

Where do you find some of these clips? You can find them through your bridal boutique, some department stores carry these clips, and of course you may want to surf the web and see if you can find something unique. Most of the bridal sites also give you links to places where you can find useful things for your wedding.

Latest Trends In Hair Design

Are you confused about what to do with your hair for the big day? Not to worry. Periodically, I will be posting pictures on the latest trends in Hair Design. Don't we all want to look as beautiful as the celebrities on the red carpet? Browse some of the pictures, and see if you find something that you like. But remember, I always customize styles based on the individual needs of each person. I can create the perfect red carpet style for you!

Things to Consider:

1. Hair style should accentuate facial features and overall face shape of the individual.

2. Hair should compliment your dress, personality, theme of your wedding, accessories etc.

3. Hair should look soft and sexy with tousled waves and curls, or straight and smooth. Hair should be soft and feminine, and should bring out your best features.

4. I will offer advice based on my expertise and customize a style that will last the entire day.

5. Gone are the days of overdone up do's. Don't be afraid to wear your hair down or partly down with soft waves, and natural curls. Up do's can be soft with some hair framing your face. I know from experience it looks amazing in photos.

Let's Talk Wedding Day Beauty!

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding celebration and thank you for taking an interest in my blog! Please feel free to use this blog to ask questions or express concerns regarding your hair and makeup for the big day. I am hoping this blog will grow, this way we can all discuss wedding details with others who are also planning a wedding. For now, I will be posting suggestions and advice on all things beauty for your wedding day.

My journey in the wedding business started after I got married in July of 2005. I was working in the beauty industry, and knew I did not have to search high and low for someone to take care of my hair and makeup for my wedding. I already had the connections and found the talent I was looking for. I certainly did not take that for granted. I realized how easy it was for me, but also realized that there are many confused brides out there searching for someone to take care of them for their wedding day. I know how difficult it can be to find someone you trust, someone who listens to you, someone who can create the look you've always envisioned for yourself, or someone who can simply offer some advice to make the process go smoother. I am here to make the process of planning for your hair and makeup just abit easier, and that is why I started this blog. I also have a website, and a WeddingWire page where you can contact me with questions, concerns, or if you would like to schedule a complimentary consultation so we can sit together and discuss all the details of your wedding day needs. So, without further a due, please drop me a line. You will find all my contact information on my website or my WeddingWire page.

I can also be e-mailed directly at Jlynnweddings@hotmail.com I will be sure to answer you immediately.

Thanks for visiting my blog, and please come back often.
